We have established our first Community Group which we are calling Hope Cafe's in East Wemyss - a beautiful little village along the coast .
It is a Cafe style Meeting Point and Resource Hub ; the first of many we plan to have scattered around various locations in Fife and later beyond. We are now looking at the possibility of one in Auchtermuchty. Any one who is interested in helping our please be in touch.

With our recent increase in support groups around Fife we are looking for a number of volunteers to help run our small group meetings in various location.
If you have lived experience of Mental or Emotional Health problems and would like to support others going through similar experiences, please get in touch and lets have a talk about it. Full Training will be given
