Community Well-being and Personal Well-being are closely linked. They are both about taking care of ourselves and caring for each other in its widest sense.
They are both about living alongside each other happily and healthily in a life enriching, fulfilling way.
Through our Community Well- being Hope Cafe's and New Hope Corners, we offer a warm, welcoming place to meet, enjoy refreshments and a light lunch or cake, alongside our regular interactive talks and Workshops.
These talks are geared to stimulate personal development and creativity, encourage healthy relationships and provide further understanding on how to address underlying issues where appropriate.
Every community has people who have had some experience of stress, anxiety or depression - people in search of wholeness and fulfillment or recovery.
We provide Support Services for everyone seeking help with these issues, regardless of faith, gender, ethnic origin or life choices. Our client's beliefs and values, will be respected - whatever they are.
Peaceseekers is a Christian Organisation motivated by the love and truth of God demonstrated in Jesus Christ.
We exist to offer help to people and to demonstrate that love and truth in our attitude and service to our clients and volunteers, respecting each person as an individual - whether they have that same faith or not.
All persons will be treated equally irrespective of gender, sexuality ,race or colour. You do not need to have a Christian faith to access our services. Volunteers will need to demonstrate a live Christian Faith and be willing to undergo training and relevant PVG checks.
We have a Retreat Center in the heart of Fife's beautiful countryside from which we run Support Groups and regular Healing Workshops.
We have extended our groups this year to other parts of Fife.
